About this role

The Role.. The Commercial Finance Analyst will support the Group Commercial Finance Director in delivering high-quality commercial finance support across Soho House’s capital planning, new site feasibility, property, leases, insurance, commercial agreements and business partnering activities. This role will provide analytical, modelling and commercial insight across a broad range of strategic and operational finance areas, supporting decision-making for senior stakeholders across Development, Legal, Operations, Soho Works, IHDB, Partnerships, Residences and other business areas. The role will also help strengthen governance, reporting and data-led decision-making across capex, feasibility and commercial finance workstreams.…
