The Role… The role of the Membership Sales Manager is to identify Soho House’s highest-value members, build a connection, and bring them in. There are two key skills to the role, and you must be able to move fluidly between them. The first is structured, disciplined pipeline management, with a focus on maintaining momentum, cadence and ensuring that no opportunity is lost to a lack of process. The second is the ability to build authentic, unhurried relationships with high-net-worth individuals who are experienced with premium products and have high expectations of the people who approach them.
