About this role

The Role.. The People Advisor (known internally as People Partner) will work with and report directly into the People Manager. As a fast-moving business Soho House is looking for the right individual to be autonomous and be able to pick up multiple tasks and projects at once. The role is pivotal in providing a proactive, empathetic, and accurate HR service in generalist HR, ER case work and project work. The focus of this role will be to support the organisation with Employee relations and positively influence employee engagement, working closely with a number of departments in doing so.
