About this role

The Role… Soho Home is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Studio Manager to lead the Miami Beach Studio located within Soho House. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales targets, delivering an elevated member experience, and cultivating a high performing retail environment reflective of the Soho Home brand aesthetic and values. The Studio Manager will oversee all aspects of daily studio operations, sales performance, team leadership, visual presentation, and client development while acting as a key ambassador for the brand within the Miami market.
