Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within key regions, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and other areas as defined by Business Unit (BU) coverage and direction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial, industrial, and residential solar sectors. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing the entire cycle from lead generation to contract closure. Conduct site assessments and present tailored solar PV proposals to potential clients. Advanced in managing CRM Salesforce to log, track and update all lead activities and statuses. Identify, negotiate and secure partnership deals with key channel partners, installers, and EPC contractors.…
