Land Development Executive

Lead direct negotiations with landowners, land agents, and land aggregators on land acquisition terms, lease structures, and heads of agreement. Identify and pursue commercially attractive land parcels suitable for utility-scale ground mount and floating solar development above 15MW. Build and maintain a strong network of landowner and agent relationships across Peninsular Malaysia to support ongoing pipeline origination. Independently manage a portfolio of 5–8 active land parcels simultaneously, driving each parcel from initial contact through to signed heads of terms or option agreement.
