About this role
We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our Vietnam team and provide practical legal support for our growing renewable energy business. You will work closely with Business Development, Project Management, Finance and other functions on a broad range of legal and commercial matters, with exposure to rooftop solar, DPPA, investment/M&A projects and corporate secretary. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and project-related contracts at pre, during and post stages of the contract, including but not limited to EPC, PPA, ELA, and MOU/MOA.
