Project Development Engineer

Assist in the preparation, compilation, and submission of EPCC tender documents, including technical schedules, commercial inputs, and compliance checklists. Track tender timelines, submission deadlines, and evaluation milestones across active bids. Coordinate with internal teams (land, CRESS, finance, legal) to gather inputs required for tender submissions. Maintain an organised document repository for all active tenders, ensuring version control and audit trail. Support the development of no-policy special projects, coordinating feasibility inputs, authority submissions, and stakeholder correspondence.
