About this role
Supervise subcontractors on-site to ensure one-time project works (e.g., inverter/component replacement, system upgrades, retrofits, dismantling, reinstallation) are carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and safety procedures. Act as the main on-site point of contact for the client, providing regular progress updates and addressing queries or concerns promptly. Conduct daily site coordination with subcontractors to plan work sequencing, resolve site issues, and ensure works stay on schedule. Verify site readiness, material availability, and manpower deployment by subcontractors before commencement of work. Monitor subcontractor workmanship and quality, flagging non-conformances and ensuring rectification before sign-off.…
