Solar Site Supervisor

Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, method statements, and safety procedures. Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to plan daily work, manage progress, and resolve site issues promptly. Conduct site survey, pre-work briefings, toolbox meetings, and ensure all workers comply with HIRARC, MOS, PTW, and other safety documentation requirements. Verify site readiness, materials availability, and manpower allocation before commencement of work. Monitor workmanship quality and ensure timely completion of tasks within schedule and budget.
