About this role

We are looking for a Technical Solution professional for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) who owns the full commercial and technical sales cycle for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers in Malaysia. This role requires strong hands-on technical understanding of BESS, deep familiarity with TNB RP4 tariffs and policies, and disciplined CRM-driven pipeline management through to closed-won projects. Own the entire BESS sales lifecycle: lead qualification, technical feasibility, solution design, proposal, negotiation, and closed-won handover. Act as the primary interface between customers, OEMs, internal engineering, procurement, and project teams. Drive deals to closure, ensuring technical compliance, commercial viability, and internal approvals are achieved.…
