As the Supervisor of Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of one of Sollis Health’s concierge emergency facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and that Sollis members receive exceptional service and care. You will work on the Operations management team and lead the daily activities of the center. 40 hour work week with alternating weekends, 9a - 5p Responsibilities: Supervise the performance of clinic staff including Front Desk Coordinators, Patient Care Associates, Radiology Techs, Lab Specialists and other support staff and provide performance reviews and corrective action plans as needed .
