Job Description: Eligible for Enhanced Float Pool Differential Who We Are: At Southern New Hampshire Medical Center our Maternal & Child Health Nurses provide flexible support across three core areas: The Birth Place, Special Care Nursery, and Pediatrics. The Birth Place is an 18-room Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit delivering family-centered care for over 1,000 births annually, staffed by a multidisciplinary team and supported by advanced monitoring and best practices. The Level II Special Care Nursery cares for infants 32+ weeks, including those with respiratory or feeding needs, in collaboration with Mass General and Boston Children’s specialists.…
