Job Description: Resource Nurse- Adult Step Down Unit Who We Are: Elliot Health System is excited to share the opening of a new Adult Stepdown Unit (ASDU). It is a 12-bed unit with private rooms incorporating aspects from our Intensive Care Unit that improve nursing satisfaction such as: ceiling lifts to assist with safe patient movement and supply carts in every room to streamline care. The unit will have substantial telemetry monitoring and a medication room to promote safe patient care. About the Job: The Resource Nurse directly oversees and serves as an immediate, first line clinical resource to staff on a designated unit and shift.…
