About this role
Our client, a commercial orbital launch company that is building rockets to serve today’s needs and tomorrow’s breakthroughs, is seeking to add an exceptional Director, Assistant General Counsel, Corporate to its growing legal team.
This attorney will report to the General Counsel directly, and will lead the company’s corporate legal department. They will work with the Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Team, and Board of Directors to advise on and support capital markets and financing, corporate governance, securities law, equity, and investor relations.…
