Head of Innovation

We are looking for a visionary Head of AI & Strategic Innovation to lead our transition into an AI-First Software Factory. In this role, you will not only be an expert in the latest Generative AI stack but also a strategic architect of how we work, how we sell, and how we deliver value. This is not a "research-only" position; you will be the driving force behind our AI Department. You will be responsible for evolving our software development lifecycle—moving from manual coding to Spec-Driven Development—and for optimizing every internal area (from Sales to HR) through intelligent automation.
