Position Summary:
The role of the OSP Construction Manager is to mentor, develop and oversee the construction and fiber splicing team, and contract labor for Business and Residential fiber construction, while promoting Sonic's core values. They are responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing the fiber construction process, ensuring that all projects meet their quality, time, and budget expectations.
