Role Overview: As a team leader in the production engineering team, your role is to provide hands-on technical leadership and structured shift coverage across the lines. You will act as the key link between the Engineering Manager and the shift-based Engineering team, coordinating activities such as TPM execution, escalation handling, technical coaching, and performance reporting. Working closely with Production, QA, and Materials teams, you will ensure that engineering standards are upheld and that any issues impacting line performance or product quality are resolved swiftly and effectively.
