(Berlin, ab November, befristet, 20h pro Woche) Du möchtest mitgestalten, wie Lernen und Entwicklung bei Sony Music aussehen, und gleichzeitig hinter die Kulissen der Musikbranche blicken? Dann werde Teil unseres People Experience Teams und unterstütze uns dabei, Lernangebote zu entwickeln, zu organisieren und für unsere Mitarbeitenden erlebbar zu machen. Was du machst Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung, Organisation und Umsetzung unserer Learning-&-Development-Angebote, von Trainings und Workshops bis hin zu digitalen Lernformaten. Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Koordination und Umsetzung unserer L&D-Maßnahmen im Early Careers-Bereich, darunter Onboarding Events, 30-Tage-Talks & Midterm Feedback.…
