(Berlin, ab September für 6 Monate, Vollzeit) Für dich geht nichts über Musik und kennst den Musikmarkt? Weißt, was läuft und spürst, was laufen wird, bereits vor deinen Freund:innen? Dann suchen wir dich. Was du machst Du unterstützt bei der Talentsuche, vom ersten Kontakt bis hin zum Signing neuer Künstler*innen. Zudem hilfst du bei der strategischen Positionierung der Talente im Musikmarkt. Du hörst Demos ab, scoutest und bewertest neue Musik. Du recherchierst kontinuierlich nach aufstrebenden Künstler*innen und aktuellen Trends in der Musikszene. Und du präsentierst sie dem Team. Du pflegst Playlisten auf Spotify und weiteren Plattformen. Du hilfst bei der Planung und Koordination von Studiosessions. Du erarbeitest neue Konzepte für die A&R Strategien.…
