About this role

Base Salary: $70,000-$75,000 | Total Compensation Opportunity: $100,000-$120,000 Build the Team. Improve the Process. Grow With Us. Southern National Roofing is looking for an experienced, hands-on Recruiting Manager to lead and improve our recruiting efforts as we continue to grow. This is not a desk-only recruiting management position. We're looking for a builder and player-coach - someone who can lead and develop recruiters, personally recruit, learn our business from the inside, identify opportunities for improvement, and help us build the hiring infrastructure needed for our next stage of growth.
