SWBC is seeking a talented individual to plan, coordinate, and execute key corporate initiatives from an operations perspective according to strict timelines. This role focuses on research analysis and departmental process improvement and coordinates the efforts of team members across multiple departments in order to deliver projects on-time and correct according to plan, as well as executes operational tasks, as needed. This individual composes, communicates, and implements requirements and solutions effectively for operations product management and process improvement.
