Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Weaving Manager to lead the daily operations of a high-volume weaving department in a vertically integrated textile manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with air jet weaving and a strong working knowledge of warping and slashing operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all day-to-day operations of the weaving department to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and efficiency goals are met. Provide technical leadership for air jet weaving operations, including troubleshooting loom performance, fabric defects, and process optimization.
