IT SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR, PROJECTS
The IT Support Administrator - Projects is responsible for the planning, administration, and successful execution of key annual IT operations, with primary ownership of the hardware refresh program and summer intern onboarding. This role focuses on driving day-to-day project operations, managing cross-functional execution, delivering accurate reporting, and continuously improving processes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Jamf, Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory.…
