About this role
As our Preconstruction Manager, you will lead the planning, estimating, budgeting, and coordination efforts that set construction projects up for success. In this role, you will manage project estimates, cost modeling, value engineering, subcontractor outreach, bid packaging, constructability reviews, and preconstruction schedules to ensure projects are aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
You will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, business development teams, and operations personnel to develop project strategies, evaluate design and cost impacts, identify risks and opportunities, and provide accurate budgeting throughout the design process.…
