About this role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to support our client, a leading global logistics and courier services company. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to shipments, delivery statuses, service options, billing and general support. The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian , solution-oriented, communicates clearly and consistently provides an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
