Responsibilities: Fully cooperating and collaborating with the operation-related function such as EHS , quality, process & equipment, supply chain, purchasing etc. to enable the daily operation smoothly and to quickly react with respect to internal or / and external customer’s requirement & expectations. Daily work includes: Closely Track daily SQDIP metric to ensure the healthy KPI trend by hosting the daily T2 review. Lead line leaders to quickly react the problem-solving on Gemba and closely track work order compliance performance to hit the daily target. More focus on people management such as people training plan/ Multi-skill qualification plan/effective communication in a transparent way by digging into the details.…
