Position Summary *This position is contingent upon Contract award. The Program Manager holds overall responsibility for all contractor work performed. This individual leads the multi-project, multi-task team supporting SAF/AQ, serving as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and is designated Key Personnel under the contract. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing efforts in response to task requirements across all contract work areas.
