About this role
We’re seeking a talented Diagnostics Technician to join our fast-paced engineering team in Great Yarmouth . In this exciting role you’ll support the diagnosis, analysis, and continuous improvement of RF transmit and receive modules and complex electronic assemblies. This role is focused on component-level fault finding, root cause analysis, and driving improvements in product quality, yield, and test efficiency. Working closely with Engineering and Operations, the post holder will apply structured problem-solving and Lean principles to identify failures, implement sustainable solutions, and enhance manufacturing and diagnostic processes.…
