About this role
Corewell Health’s Northeast service area is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic team in a Visiting Site Specialist role. In this position, you will provide care across the generational spectrum by supporting busy practices where provider coverage is needed. When not assigned to a visiting site, your home base will be Big Rapids Family Medicine. Experience is required . Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants required as we care for patients of all ages. All practices have a mix of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Team-based care is supplemented with Behavioral Health, Pharmacists, Social Workers, and experienced medical assistants working one-to-one with the providers.…
