Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Assistant Corporate Controller oversees corporate-level accounting, general ledger activity, financial reporting, and compliance functions for Spectrum Retirement Communities and its affiliates, including property-owning entities. The Assistant Corporate Controller also serves as the primary point of contact for external auditors, managing the audit process from planning through completion.…
