In this position, your main responsibilities will include: Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule on all systems including but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire life safety equipment, fire sprinkler, generator landscape, kitchen equipment, backflow preventers, testing of emergency systems, and asset preservation.…
