About this role

We’re hiring a Hubspot Specialist to lead the management of Hubspot. Help us build the commercial engine that takes our speech AI to market at scale. We’ve built the technology, now we need someone to own the operational layer that makes it run. This is not a role for someone who wants to work through a queue. We want a builder. You’ll sit inside our RevOps function, reporting to our RevOps Lead, with dotted lines into our Growth Marketing Lead with visibility across the full commercial operation, working as a key partner to Marketing, FP&A, and Commercial Operations. Speechmatics is transitioning from a sales-led to a product-led growth motion, which means this role has genuine scope to shape how that plays out operationally.
