Desktop Services Administrator Overview of Position The Desktop Services Administrator will ensure the proper operation of computer systems and software while providing technical support to end users globally. This role is responsible for configuring, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting mobile devices, PCs, laptops, and related peripherals quickly and effectively. What you will do: Manage the software and hardware inventory, ensuring all equipment is correctly maintained and tracked. Provide training to end users on the use of all desktop-related hardware and software. Ensure all desktop systems comply with the company's security policies and procedures.
