About this role

Spencer Stuart is seeking to recruit an Associate for the Telecommunications & Digital Infrastructure team within the broader TMT Practice. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with the global practice leader and other core Consultants on Chief Executive Officer and additional C-level executive searches. With exposure to a broad set of clients and leadership challenges, this Associate will help to identify and develop diverse candidate slates as an essential member of the search team.
