About this role

We’re looking for an experienced, strategic leader to join our Operations Leadership Team as Director of Supply Planning. This role will oversee raw material planning and finished goods planning. The Director will lead a team of five, fostering collaboration, driving process excellence, and serving as a thought leader in shaping the future of our supply chain capabilities. The Director of Supply Planning will play a critical role in ensuring alignment between commercial demand, manufacturing capacity, and supply continuity—while delivering on operational goals related to fill rates, material utilization, repositioning of inventory, and overall margin.
