SportsMed Physical Therapy is looking for a driven, highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Recruiting team. This role is focused on finding the best candidates within a high volume of applicants and moving qualified candidates efficiently into the interview pipeline. You will review applications across a wide range of clinical and non-clinical positions, identify candidates who meet our requirements, conduct initial screening conversations, and work closely with our Recruiters and hiring managers to move strong candidates forward.
