About this role

Als HR Business Partner bij SportCity ben je de sparringpartner voor je operationeel manager en clubmanagers in jouw regio en sta je midden in de operatie. Jij weet wat er speelt op de vloer en vertaalt dit naar slimme HR-oplossingen die bijdragen aan sterke teams, goede bezetting en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Je schakelt continu tussen strategie en praktijk: van personeelsplanning en recruitment tot leiderschapsontwikkeling en complexe casuïstiek. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met recruitment, operations en HR-specialisten en heb je directe impact op het succes van de clubs in jouw regio.
