Spreetail is seeking an Outbound & Fulfillment Operations SME to join our Platform Services team. This role owns the fulfillment operations side of PS brand support, focusing on outbound accuracy, WIS/WQS exception management, fulfillment process improvement, and operational root cause analysis across the FC network.
