Executive Director – Assisted Living & Memory Care Spring Oak Tri-Cities | Petersburg, VA Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year + Quarterly Performance Bonus Spring Oak Tri-Cities is seeking an experienced Executive Director / Assisted Living Administrator to lead our assisted living and memory care community in Petersburg, Virginia. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build strong teams, deliver an exceptional resident experience, and drive operational and financial performance. Spring Oak is a growing, family-owned senior living organization guided by our motto, “Welcome to the Family.” Our community leaders receive support from an experienced corporate team.
