About this role

Summary: As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading and directing work groups on active railway property and construction sites. You will perform these duties using specific railway operating rules, instructions, and guidelines. This position contributes to the safety and efficiency of the work groups while minimizing delays to railway operations while complying with Federal Railroad Association (FRA) rules and regulations. This position specifically leads the crew during daily production and operates a Barbco 36/48 Bore machine, including shooting required grade. As the Foreman for this crew, you are responsible for ordering material (rip rap and grout), coordinating with local landowners for access, and working closely with management to maintain safety and productions schedules.
