Job Description: Part of the College of Applied and Natural Sciences , The Division of Health and Behavioral Sciences offers faith integrated academic programs in Industrial and Organizational Psychology ( MA and PhD ), Clinical Psychology (PhD), Marriage and Family Therapy (MS), Psychology (BA/BS/MS), and Medical Family Therapy (Professional/post-graduate). All programs emphasize the integration of practice, theory, research, and professional preparation for psychology-relevant careers in clinical and organizational contexts. The masters and doctoral program for Industrial-Organizational Psychology offers occasional opportunities for adjunct instructors.
