About this role
We are looking for: A hands-on commercial role within the technical team, responsible for measuring, costing, and controlling the construction value of Square One's residential developments. The Quantity Surveyor prepares estimates, runs tender analysis, and manages valuations, variations, and final accounts, working closely with Pre-Construction and the Project Management team to keep every project on budget. What will you do: BOQ Analysis: Analyze accurate quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for tender and budgeting purposes. Cost Estimating & Cost Plans: Prepare and update cost estimates and elemental cost plans at each design stage, supporting feasibility studies and value-engineering exercises with Pre-Construction.…
