About this role
We are looking for: A detail-oriented and experienced Rental Operations Specialist to manage the tenant and leasing side of our property portfolio. You will serve as the main point of contact for tenants, manage lease agreements from start to finish, and ensure timely rent collection while delivering an excellent tenant experience. What will you do: Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, concerns, and requests. Leasing Cycle: Manage the full leasing cycle: advertising vacancies, screening tenants, negotiating terms, and preparing lease agreements.
