About this role
The HR Lead for the Americas will be in our New York Office, and will oversee all our offices in Canada, the US and South America. The role will work closely with senior leadership in these offices and will be part of the global HR team. This role will be reporting to the CHRO and is responsible for acting as an advisor to leaders and staff, will be an advocate for employees and will help execute global projects and talent management initiatives. Position Overview: Manage a team of two who execute the day-to-day activities in the region. Lead all people matters in regions working with leaders to navigate complex issues. Proactively address employee relations issues and provide guidance on how to manage them, ensuring consistency in approach and mitigating risks for the firm.…
