About this role

Position Overview: The HR Manager will be located in our Geneva office and support France, Switzerland, Tunisia, Poland, Spain, Denmark and Netherlands. The role will work closely with senior leadership in these offices and will be part of the global HR team. This role will report to the EMEA CHRO. The HR Manager is responsible for acting as an advisor to leaders and staff, will be an advocate for employees and will help execute global projects. Lead all people matters in regions and ensure all HR operations align with the firm’s requirements and local legal requirements in the different countries. Proactively address employee relations issues with leaders and provide coaching on how to handle, ensuring consistency in approach and mitigating risk for the firm.…
