Stellenbeschreibung Als Head of Software Transformation (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und das Wachstum unseres Service Angebots rund um System Design und Architecture, sowie Software Modernisation. Du begeisterst dich für Enterprise Architektur und agile Softwareentwicklung, erarbeitest Strategien für deinen Geschäftsbereich, stärkst Kundenbeziehungen und die Marktposition von SQUER. Zudem förderst und inspirierst du dein Team als charismatische Führungspersönlichkeit. Deine Aufgaben Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer (Wachstums-) Strategie für den Geschäftsbereich.
