Als Lead Advisor – AI-Native Engineering bist du die Person, an die sich Kund:innen wenden, wenn ihre Entwickler:innen bereits mit AI-Coding-Tools experimentieren – aber ohne Guidelines, ohne Guardrails und ohne echtes Gefühl dafür, was dabei tatsächlich herauskommt. Du schließt diese Lücke direkt am Code und an der Delivery-Pipeline des Kunden – nicht auf einer Folie. Deine Aufgaben Du führst AI-assisted Engineering in Kundenteams ein und sorgst dafür, dass es hängen bleibt – Coding Assistants, Agents, Spec-driven Development.…
