About the job OpusLex Partners , a woman-owned boutique legal recruiting firm partnering with top law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide. We focus on high-caliber attorney placements and take a highly strategic, relationship-driven approach to recruiting. This position is fully remote while being fully collaborative. Our preference is for those in Eastern or Central timezones. Currently, all of our team members are in the Eastern time zone. With our unique team model, you will manage a "split desk," focusing your time on sourcing, engaging, recruiting and supporting law firm associate attorneys to match them with client requisitions.
