Technical Recruiter for a Startup

About SRP is a Big Data company located in Princeton, NJ. We are looking for a seasoned recruiter that is tired of doing the regular recruitment job and wants to do some innovative recruitment. You should be highly energetic and be creative in your recruitment methodologies from Linkedin, Indeed, Upwork, elance, etc in addition to the regular recruitment platforms such as dice and monster. We may need to hire from schools, hire people that wrote books, or hire world-class data scientists, or maybe even an energetic sales person.
